"I worked at Rappahannock community college for 4 years . At first as an instructor and then a program manager. As an instructor it was a very positive experience. However as a program manager I was subject to a supervisor who took credit for any positive thing that his workers accomplished. This in a effort to maintain his position. The College could be very positive place without the massive fear of reprisal felt by employees from their immediate supervisors."
