What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get new staff and make sure they understand that their PRODUCT, their temps, are valuable too. Also, if the temp does a good job with most of their employers, and they have a problem with one, that doesn't mean they are a bad apple. Maybe that employee at the employer company is. I was discriminated against and Randstad did not care."
