"Pros: - slightly better salary compared to the average in this industry Cons: - micromanagement - no authenticity in doing my job. Every little detail is unnecessarily daily checked by multiple different people despite keeping all obligatory trackers up to date. - lack of work-life balance - working 40 hours per week sounds for Randstad Sourceright like a nightmare - toxic company culture - unhealthy competition, many passive-aggressive comments, obsessive engagement in work (some people openly and proudly say that they start working at 3:00 am or finish on Saturday midnight) - lack of interest in employees well-being - focus only on targets and communicating employees only when the targets are not reached - lack of process support from team leads in stakeholder management - team leads often are clueless about explaining the processes when the account manager or client insists on doing something we cannot usually do (e.g. delaying interview feedback for the candidate) - lack of open communication - employees are not engaged in any decision making processes that can influence their job - lack of proactiveness and responsiveness when an employee reports a problem in the organization - changing length of working hours from 8 to 9 hours without any talks, after signing the contract - not paying for overtime - calling war in Ukraine "a conflict" in the internal websites - often changing team leads (my team lost 2 TL within only a couple of weeks - invasive nagging from upper management to participate in non-obligatory activities (such as a competition who will make a better description for a new welcome pack) - unclear company structure with lots of acronyms in the names of job titles, processes and teams that are confusing to the clients, account managers and candidates - forcing to create pipelines for no particular recruitment processes with candidates sensitive data - messaging employees after hours and repercussions when the messages are not viewed"
