- micromanagement - no authenticity in doing my job. Every little detail is unnecessarily daily checked by multiple different people despite keeping all obligatory trackers up to date.
- lack of work-life balance - working 40 hours per week sounds for Randstad Sourceright like a nightmare
- toxic company culture - unhealthy competition, many passive-aggressive comments, obsessive engagement in work (some people openly and proudly say that they start working at 3:00 am or finish on Saturday midnight)
- lack of interest in employees well-being - focus only on targets and communicating employees only when the targets are not reached
- lack of process support from team leads in stakeholder management - team leads often are clueless about explaining the processes when the account manager or client insists on doing something we cannot usually do (e.g. delaying interview feedback for the candidate)

- forcing to create pipelines for no particular recruitment processes with candidates sensitive data
- messaging employees after hours and repercussions when the messages are not viewed
