"I am in the AIPC (Pasta) division. I like the Lean culture we have built here over the last 4 years."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Company is currently searching to find itself. It has recently shed its branded business and reiterated a committment to private labels; however, it continues to not focus on maximizing the inherent brand a customer feels in the private label they put on their shelves."

What don't you like about working at Ralcorp?

"The current reorganization has left the company not focused on customer value. My new role (Director of Emerging Technology) seems to be interesting; however, I am not confident the business will embrace and apply."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ensure all groups focused on customer value and waste reduction vs paying lip service to the concept. Waste reduction is different than cost cutting. Waste reduction focuses on identifying and maximizing customer value which ensures a healthy bottom line to the shareholder."
