"the management made too many changes to quickly...the 2 people that hired me were both let go one week after I was hired so the sales team never had a manager in the office for support and guidance"

"There is high amount of travel required and my position is not very well defined."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There are a lot and I have put together an eight page Business development plan listing those improvements. The primary problem is the US division has no power and all the decisions are made of our Israel."
