"I loved the company until it was aquired recently. It was like a small family where we all worked as a team."

"It's really hard for me to say now - things are still changing in the company and will take some time to understand how to navigate here."

What don't you like about working at RADVISION?

"Moving from 400 peoplr to 20,000 people company is not easy. A lof of things are much slower now, takes too long to do stuff and the procedures are way too complicated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep focusing on the customers but don't forget the employees as part of this process. There are great people who brought the company to the place it is now."
