"Use this place as a last resort. You will be worked to death with no recognition and no appreciation. This statement is not sour grapes - it is fact. If you want to make 26,000 a year then this is for you. You will likely never make your bonus or spiffs no matter what lies you are told. Find some of the more senior staff and ask them. If they are telling the truth they will concur."
What don't you like about working at RadioShack?
"There are so many chiefs at RadioShack. They spend the income generated by competent sales staff on figureheads who are no more than administrators. The management team from the district manager above is a complete waste of corporate resources and would be a lot more successful if they reinvested their earnings into the front line and with diversification of the corporate product line."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take pride in your district and regions and don't just try use your current position as a stepping stone into another glorified job which consists of wasting valuable time and resources."
