"Don't do it. They promise everything but never deliver, and you cannot get a straight answer."

What don't you like about working at RadioShack?

"I dislike everything, especially having to fight for my paycheck to be correct and show them week after week that their figures are not correct."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start over. RadioShack has been described as a dinosaur in the past and will continue to be until upper management changes."

"I enjoyed the atmosphere of being in a place where lots of people were, and where most of them had some money to spend."

"Just be yourself, and learn about the company and how you can fit in and be a productive member of the team."

What don't you like about working at RadioShack?

"The biggest challenge was that they sometimes expected great numbers, but they failed to stock the store with merchandise at times, which meant we obviously couldn't sell what we didn't have in stock."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing specific, really. They have a pretty good system. They have a little too much corporate bureaucracy and politics at times, but overall it was a good experience."
