What don't you like about working at RadioShack?

"I don't like the lack of advancement opportunity and the inconsistency of pay and customer interaction. Some locations are dead and yet you are expected to reach certain goals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no suggestions at this time. All my managers were pretty decent. I only ran across one who was too competitive with his own employees."

"RadioShack is a great place to work, with incredible profits available. You must be tolerant to the lack of management."

"I was surrounded by electronics and the best toys a man can have. I learned a lot, interacted with different people and got paid to do it."
