"I liked being exposed to different customers every day at RadioShack, and having access to the latest wireless technology"

"The position is very basic. However, if you have any interest in technology, especially wireless communication devices, this is an excellent start to break into the industry."

What don't you like about working at RadioShack?

"I didn't like the lack of support from management and upper management."

"Support front line sales associates. They are the true and only backbone of the company."

"This position is a very low-level sales position. The position is not very demanding, but at the same time you will not be compensated as well as most sales positions do."

What don't you like about working at RadioShack?

"RadioShack does not sell cutting edge services and products that appeal to the marketplace. The initial training is very short , about 3 days, and then it's all learning on the job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have more sales rep/manager store meetings to address how sales reps can increase their overall sales and have more success at initial point of sale."
