"Support teammates are not important. RP paid bonus to all the radiologists but paid other teammates bonus late for more than half year. RP used all of the $ to acquire other practices such as Mednax but placing a promotion and salary freeze to support teammates, claiming it is due to COVID. Currently there are way too many VP and SVP. Some C level even brought in their own people with over budget $ who didn't work well at all. Some people got forced to leave because people from the top don't like them... i am honestly finding my way out now.."
"Radiology Partners has grown very rapidly in a few short years. Management promotes and demonstrates healthy company values and my experience there has been one of the best I've had. The extreme growth has provided its pain points, but overall a great place to work."
"Radiology Partners is a growing company with a lot of growing pains."
