"I had worked for RaceTrac for a year, and within the year I had some great experiences and not so good experiences. The best experience that I had is that they always took the time to train you in the store or at the corporate office, but the technology was a little dated. Bad experience is that they go back on their word. For instance they told me I was supposed to be in at this particular store for only 3 months but ended up staying at this location for a year."

"Be wary of what you get yourself into if you choose to work in such a place."

"Some of the customers when they come in Drunk or High, or when people steal from the store or make threats."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management could use some cleaning up, and Associates hardly ever were promoted - that needs to change, and hiring outside of the company for management needs to slow down just a bit at the moment."
