"Project managers are not given enough support or authority to do their jobs. When a team member doesn't pull his weight, there is no way to get cooperation. There is no money for carrots and there is no stick."

"I thought that the CEO was doing a great job of running the company responsibly. I wouldn't change a thing."

"Be prepared for multiple interviews, multiple interviewers, and returning multiple times."

"A project manager doesn't get the authority necessary to run a project team. A human resource is too often reassigned to other tasks."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When a resource is dedicated to a project, the PM must be able to count on him. His manager cannot pull him from the project to work on other routine tasks whenever he feels like it."
