"The office building doesn't feel professional, and the company culture is non existent. The employees are overworked, the deadlines are never met, and the quality of the products suffer from lack of process and leadership."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is where Qwizdom needs the most help. In fact there is NO middle management. It often feels as if the employees run the company, and like chickens with their heads cut off. Qwizdom NEEDS management."
