"Always learning something new in as far as electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on a daily basis"

"Go for it. no mater what happens to the economy everybody still reads, and the Depew plant produces the best print out there."

"The pension was very low compared to other manufacturing plants in the Erie County area"

"You need more people in the maintenance dept. There used to be 22 electricians alone and the plant ran great."

"The technology is always changing, and be in the maintenance field I am kept interested in the work."

"Yes. In the union plants dont believe the union will make a difference. It will not."
