"A relatively young company plenty of opportunity to design brand new systems to drive the enterprise. Decently well funded, current hardware and software."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not interview for this company. Go somewhere else. So long as the IT manager and CIO aren't changing, the department is black hole of imminent doom."

What don't you like about working at QuantumClean?

"All of those opportunities are squandered by the IT Manager's refusal to leverage your knowledge and ability. He also makes a point of throwing his entire team under the bus. Every decision he has made that was advised against as failed miserably, and he blatantly blames his team to upper management. Working for this person is impossible; the environment is hostile to the point where the entire department (IT Support, Development, and Training Deployment) are all job hunting."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to be trained as managers. Choose a development methodology and stick to it. The department needs a trained project manager."
