2.7 I've worked for Quantum Crossings for 8 months now. It is a decent company, however 4 things I dislike. The management shows favoritism for certain people with skills based on resume versus actually performance. I find that unfair. They also favor younger people to take responsibilities, yet if an experienced person is willing to do it they will not allow. There is no 401k which can be a turn off, and last, they are uncertain about job growth or placement.

4.3 I've worked for Quantum Crossings as a consultant for the telecommunications department of Chicago Public Schools as a Database Programmer for 3 years. My job has included Oracle and SQL administration as well as programming using PHP, javascript with JQuery and AJAX. I really enjoy my job, but would like a remote position that would allow me to travel more.

4.2 I worked in QC for about a year and a half. It was a great company well established, great people, the owners were really brilliant in what they did. However it was a very small company, I never felt that there was room for growth.
