3.6 Quantenna is an okay place, but in an industry where there's lots of great places competing in every way for the best engineers it fails to measure up. Sometimes there's some really smart people here but they move on quickly so the average IQ has been dropping. Quantenna claims to be a startup but it functions more like a dysfunctional department at HP. No office waterside but not cushy like Intel. Worst of both world really. Maybe good for SJSU recent grad with few options.

3.8 The company is an exciting place for cutting-edge technology with great co-workers and brilliant hardware and software engineers. The management is lacking however in the software. The software management is not able to motivate, lead, drive and enable their engineers. Most engineers have to make power plays to take roles that and complete tasks.
