"I have worked for Quanta Services since 2017 and have been involved in a variety of projects. I appreciate the opportunity I have been given to be part of multiple projects."
"I interned at Quanta Services Inc in the Summer of 2019, and I had the sincere honor and privileged of working with the IT Security Team and learning key industry tools. The culture at Quanta is absolutely phenomenal and Quanta is a company that feels like they genuinely care about their employees."
"The amount of overtime they require is very high. Employees are required to come into the office on weekends and late into the evening. They have very no remote or virtual work flexibility. Leadership avoids and postpones any key decisions. This paralyzes the technical infrastructure and the ability to move forward in any implementation. It is a mess at the bottom of the organization."
"Quanta Services took away Christmas Eve and New Years Eve as paid Holidays for 2013. The hours are extremely long (they extend into the weekend) and PTO is limited to two weeks for the first 9 years. If you spend 10 years at Quanta Services they will maximize your vacation time for a total of 3 weeks. The 401k waiting period for new employees is 1 year. If you are looking for Life/Work balance, Quanta Services is not the place for you."
"If you're willing to work twice the hours for half the money, Quanta is for you!"
