"In my short time with this company, I worked under 4 different managers. This made it difficult to know whom to call for assistance."

"I really enjoyed the everyday travels and the training to various states. I really liked working at different locations and business. Sounds very strange, but working on high roofs was a nice feeling too."

"Technical Needs gave me alot of experience in the staffing industry. They alloed me to work on several typs of job orders in various skill sets, and also gave me the opportunity to manage accounts."

"Take it for what it's worth. Gain valuable expereince and skills, learn recruiting for various skill sets and move into account management."

"There was no commision planfor my 1st 3 years. They did introduce a comp. plan for my last years there, however, with all the billing I was brining in, my biggets commision check was $180.00. Enough said."
