"No chance of Advancement, Micro Management Style of the Plant Manager and Broken Promises of Salary and Benefits. Lack of Family time."

"Positive Criticism and Leading by Example are far more Productive than the style currently being used."

"convienient, close to home, good hours good people and pay"

"culture and mindset about prodcut quality was geared toward just get it done and if its rejected fix it later....little sincere vision for continuous improvement and defect prevention."

"try focusing upon doing it right the first time rather than reworking later or seeking concessions from customers"
