"These are honest people looking for help in a very small but tightly run business. Fitting in is very important for successful employment here."

"The lack of technology. Small company running in a paper based fashion. For example: We had one (1) email address for all employees and one email computer located on a separate floor from the Quality Lab."

"Their management structure works for them. Going digital would change their lives for the better but maybe they already know that."
