"If you care about the employee and engage them they will perform better. DePaul does not seem to care about retaining employees. Poor leadership all the way to the top."

"Constant challenges, most of the people at the plant level."

"If you're good at playing the game, regardless of abilities, you'll fit in just fine."

"Internal politics, favoritism; Blind and improper utilization of hand-picked lean principles leading to quality and customer issues (but never acknowledged as the cause); Lack of support/understanding for fool-proofing initiatives leading to true corrective actions (thus the constant challenge above)."

"Do the exact opposite of current direction - clean house of all old, lifelong experts in their processes. The mis-guided and worn out hunches of undeducated loyalists who lack any industrial knowledge outside of Grief will eventually be it's undoing."
