"Don't try too hard. You will get the job only if the recruiter likes you, and not if you are very qualified."

"There is too much nepotism and absolutely no job security. The performance review system is mediocre at best."

"I really don't care about Verizon management anymore since I left the company three years ago."

"The money"

"If you want good money and want to find out what you're made of, this is the place. I made it but I was hired to close a plant so I had a finish line to reach."
What don't you like about working at Lear?
"Not much into employee development. They pushed people till they broke then showed them the door and found someone else."

"That's not the best way to treat your most valuable asset. I see they just emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Hopefully they learned this lesson."

"They were very clear in stating that middle age white males had no chance of promoting regardless of their job performance."

"General manager t the time was only interested in his career and didn't mentor his team. GM had explosive temper and favoritism towards past Gate Gourmet employees."
