"Listen, listen, listen. One needs to understand where they are coming from before asserting new ideas. They wanted someone cheap and willing to do what their told. It would take some time to nurture a trust to do something new."

What don't you like about working at Camaco?

"I was a contract engineer. I saw a lot of outdated practices and a reluctance to move forward."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let me come back and put into place some current, automotive practices such as real-time metrics, process improvements and updates."
