"Top down management system; chain of command; bureaucracy; dependability on the older generation systems; definitely not open to new ideas and suggestions (Don't fix it, if it is not broke mentality)."

"During the time I was at Perrigo, I got the chance to make a difference. I worked to make the QC change for the better and most of the changes done were because of a team of management including myself."

"Perrigo is a well run company. The present managements are great (I know, I trained them myself). You will learn a lot."
