"My tip for interviewing, do not interview unless you understand up from that this is not an opportunity for growth."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"Lack of vision by senior leadership, no raises, no promotions. I was suprised to see anyone say that there is opportunities for growth at xerox."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The idea that you can completely stop funding technology and not see a loss of market share is not realistic. If you are an engineer, I highly recommend staying away from this company."
