"I love that I am a member of a great company with a specific purpose to help the community and make great medications in support of the people across the world that need the therapeutic medications to help the diseases and sick people we serve. My only problem with my role as an associate is it does not support more computer driven roles at my level. The ability to move up in the computer support role is not applicable at this time."

"The friends that I made and the rewards/ recognition program."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Stay away from this company. Seven people left in my department left the company within one month."
What don't you like about working at Galderma?
"No work/life balance and Management. The work environment was very tense."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust your employees and stop providing nothing but negative feedback for the smallest issues."
What do you like about working at BioStorage Technologies?
"every day is different and filled with challenges. I enjoy working with a wide group of very talented individuals."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Push for more. Do not settle for what they offer. This will likely be the most difficult job you have in your life (except if you're in Operations...)"
What don't you like about working at BioStorage Technologies?
"There are too many complex projects going on at once without enough direction. It is often the case that they hire on brand new personnel to handle complex projects while enthusiastic personnel get overlooked."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would provide more advice on how to streamline processes and large, complex projects."

What do you like about working at Baxter International?
"I enjoyed the opportunity to work with talented healthcare professionals. Many of the team leads and supervisors were very helpful and knowledgeable on the tasks that needed to be done."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would recommend being calm and collected. It would be prudent to practice answering questions before interviewing."
What don't you like about working at Baxter International?
"There wasn't much I disliked, just the lack of windows in the building I worked at. There was some communication issues between the two buildings on campus even with Instant Messaging software."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management could have improved the communications between the different buildings on the campus that I worked at. At times it was hard to acquire aid regarding issues, without wasting precious time."
What do you like about working at Baxter International?
"I love the work I do and the people I work with. It is interesting and capturing. I love staying busy and continually learning."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It helps to know about data mapping and mining. I luckily came in with a lot of data experience. Team work is very important, no matter what your role is."
What don't you like about working at Baxter International?
"There is not a lot of opportunity to move forward in the company. The people are great, but there needs to be more focus on developing your employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More training programs, and recognize all employees for the effort that they put in by allowing them to take on more responsibility."
