"I have worked with Qualcomm for over 15 years.. In the beginning it was an exciting technology company to work where the work was fast paced, and each new project was an exciting learning opportunity.Sadly that is no longer the case, and while the work is stlll fast paced, the changes between successive chips are small, and most of the effort is on bug fixing and stabilization. Work life balance has taken a tumble, and most groups routinely work 12 hour workdays, including some weekends."
