"Though QTS is over 10 years old it continues to operate like a young company still struggling with small company mentalities. Most management has been in place for quite some time with with a bit of office politics. Despite this the turnover rate among mid-level employees seems to be very high."

"Good people... Hard working.. Good intentions...but we have there is bad direction by Senior Management"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Avoid. Nothing but headaches and hardship.. Direction is bad. The NOC is a joke... Poorly trained..."

What don't you like about working at Quality Technology Services?

"Bad Direction from VP level and above. Promotions are based on the buddy system and not what you have accomplished. Senior managment is out of touch. I don't believe this company will be succesful"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit filling your pockets with rewards and vacations and start rewarding the people that have gotten you this far. Your vision is bad. Your ideas are worse..."
