"Dirty!! The CEO was not concerned with his employees in the least!! He once told us, right after laying off a whole shift of co-workers, that he did not care about any of us, he could replace each and everyone in the blink of an eye!!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The CEO would NEVER smile at employees, the only contact he would have was to put them/us down, degrade us. I would, when eye contact was made at the very least acknowlege with a smile. I would take the working environment more into consideration. Have more intrest in the health of employees instead of only worrying about the dollar."
