"I work with QEP for 2 1/2 years. Friendly company to work for and the employees and co-workers are great people. They are big safety-oriented company. They have a good operation schedule and are a good understanding company."
"The company lacks leadership, the CEO is just trying to make a quick buck by flipping distressed companies. The left overs of his poor acquisitions are left up to his very lean staff. He does not understand the power of a good marketing team and is only interested in top line sales. The employees are great but lack any team culture just a bunch of good people drinking from a fire hose everyday. The company is one line review away from devastation as it tries to diversify it still is over 50% dependent upon one major account."
