"we can have more labour to give accurate testing and also require more communication skills"

"they hesitate to ask urgent work when needed becuase not to disturbe the clients when required"

"it can be more frank and work oriented so that the company grows professionally and independently"

"Corporate politics, the old saying its not what you know its who you know is very valid."

"As a contractor, it is hard for me to gauge the benefits of the company. However, the long hours and lack of pay took a toll on many employees."
What do you like about working at Electronic Arts?
"I learned about the ins and outs of the gaming industry. I found the company to place a lot of focus on the campus feel (cafeteria, gym, game room)."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You must have a strong attention span and be able to test games for up to 14 hrs a day. You will be testing, not simply, playing games all day."

"Overtime was sometimes unbearable."

"Let employees know when overtime will be required."
