"I enjoy my co-workers and the responsibility accompanying the position."

"Learn what it is that they do there. For some reason they don't make the information readily available, but like to know that you at least researched."
What don't you like about working at Modine Manufacturing?
"The training is quick and incomplete, punishments are swift and severe without much thought, and management is far out of step with their employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make the training systems more complete and give more leeway to employees. Many feel subjugation rather than cooperation when dealing with management."

"What I liked best was the ability to work with minimal supervision that allowed me to always stay focused on the tasks at hand."

"Over Dress, be yourself, be prompt these are all things that the company likes to see"

"Not much room for growth, hard to get things changed, hard to get questions answered"

"If an employee shows good traits then let them know, also promote pushing for the highest quality in everyone's work"
