"I do very little work."

"They claim to be the largest home provider in Texas and if that's true they are in bed with multiple people at the state level. They are the lowest paying and demand more than any other home care you will find. They're only concern is for the almighty dollar. I would stay as far away as you can get!"

What do you like about working at Textron?
"This company not only tends to the needs of the customers but also to there employee's. They offer excellent Benefit's and is a very Fair company to work for. Management is excellent. Advancement is Always opening. Other employees are great to work with, very family orientated.Excellent Days off Packages and really good Vacation Pay package. Training for operators are also excellent.I was at the company for 16 yrs in the Windsor Canada Facility, Also worked in the Avilla Indiana Plant and the Plant in Mexico. All 3 Operating Facilities are Excellent."
