"Love to accept challenges and work as team."

"I like this job, because it is process oriented. Meaning that I get an opportunity to work from analyzing the requirement documents to writing test plans, test cases, testing the application, logging defects, retesting, preparing reports and finally testing in production as well. Therefore, I am involved from the very beginning to the end of the software development life cycle (SDLC) process."

"My employees are willing to work more than the regular 40 hours per week that is usually required in the business world. I appreciate their dedication to our team. I don't even have to ask them to put up the extra effort.If I could change one thing for my team it would be to have a full production support test environment. Our current environments work very well for us but, unfortunately, some of our production systems cannot be replicated easily. I have worked with Infrastructure to try and resolve but this is still ongoing."

"I love the fact that I was able to foster in growth and process in the position, as the process was severely lacking when I started. I dislike that because I am the most senior employee of my department in the company, I end up doing management duties as well without being promoted to such a position. I do not have a problem doing management duties, however it can be frustrating when you are doing them but not being given credit for them."
