"What I love is that I am solving difficult problems with a high degree of quality in my code and the ability to develop high quality code to speed progress. What I did not like is that their processes for some basic tasks should have been better prepared such as having the required virtual machine images in inventory rather than having to create anew which often duplicated work."

Listens to what people say at times, but unconditionally sticks to their fixed ideas.Motivation strategy = demanding extra work in free time if expectations cannot be fullfilled during normal working time.
