"Absolutely horrible with regards to what you must trade for the positives stated above. Layers and Layers of Management and if you were to scratch your way to a decent position you would have to fight to keep it. Work life balance What is that; an urban legend"

"Having knowledge of the securities business is always a plus, but having good interpersonal communication skills and being cooperative is equally important."

"got laid off. Difficulty trying to re-enter in another position."

"Outsourcing at HQ in NJ created more work and stress for the people at the home office due to time zone differences and long distance communication issues. Bring qualified people on board at HQ would be more beneficial to the current staff and possibly requiring less off-shore personnel."
