"Be prepared to play 'courtier'. Shmooze the CEO and his favorites and you've got it made."

"Upper management was totally clueless and hell bent on favoritism. This frat boy mentality infected managers at every level. Employees were demoralized and suspicious of each other."

"I would be tech-savvy myself before trying to make decisions regarding project deadlines."

"Don't bother interviewing here. If you go ahead anyway, smile a lot and don't be surprised if the interviewer doesn't know what he/she is talking about!"

"Inept management and unclear vision. Shoddy coding and riddled with security problems. A disaster waiting to happen."

"Fire the CEO and upper management and get competent management."

"I like working with multinational of people as I get to learn about their culture as well as share out experience and expertise."

"It doesn't matter what walks of life you have come from, believe in yourself and just know you are as special as those that are holding higher ranks. Don't ever make your self smaller by comparison to others. Just know you have something that no one has .... that could be management, leadership, interpersonal quality e.t.c.!"

"I don't like the company to give recognitions to those that perform well as oppose to those that have the potential to do better but needs guidance, which is sometimes overlooked by the management. I believe it is usually those that thrives in the success of the company that values it's team efforts."

"Give special attention to those that are lower in rank and help guide them into how to climb ladder and be an assets for the company!"

"I liked the diverse corporate cultural QA team, and having my own work pace to set."

"I was there for a year and a half, during that time span I was not able to find any."

"The best part was the fact that the job was not sedentary and working just one project. We had different projects at all time to work on and different releases for projects."

"Have some base knowledge on multiple testing methodologies, at least waterfall and agile methodologies."

"When I worked in the Thomson Tax and Accounting division, it was challenging at times, I had no previous experience with tax law."

"When looking at my employment as a whole at Thomson Reuters, I would suggest that management should offer more knowledge transfers on newer technology."

"This is basically medical supply company where they have lot of processes and procedures in place for contractors. Everything was nicely documented and I have to just follow in my projects."

"I was a contractor for RedCats and I worked for few months in New York and then I worked from home. I like the working environment and processes at the company. People are amazing at RedCats and I never had any problem with my assignments."

"People, processes and flexibility of working from home. I always enjoyed working at Red Cats"

"My Manager always put do date which I love flow up I done my work before do date."

"Some time I need to put over time to get some extra work on short time."

"The suggestion to all management that is please let every one know on the team what is your job."

"I love everything about this company and everybody is friendly and works hard for the deployment of the application."

What do you like about working at Warner Bros.?
"The work culture brings great people together for great things. When a team is happy working together and happy in their work, they work harder for each other and for the client. Having permanent staff that actively remind the contract workers that they are valued members of their teams as well as assets to the company is unheard of at other places. This practice keeps an otherwise unwanted job seemingly like a joy. Game testing is tough work. Being at a company that makes you feel like a person of value makes it worth while to go without benefits or competitive pay."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be proactive about learning what type of game play style they are looking for and be honest and enthusiastic about your own skill set. Be passionate about games."
What don't you like about working at Warner Bros.?
"The temporary contracts with no benefits and mandatory 90day breaks lead to a loss of trained personnel that have already become an investment to the company. This investment is lost when the mandatory break forces both the talent and the company to seek new employment. This causes not only a loss of money, but also a loss of morale which decreases the overall quality of work being out put."

"Push harder to eliminate the mandatory 90day breaks and keep good talent!"

"IT department was reactionary instead of proactive which created an unstable environment."
