"This was a terrible work experience. There is no support, no HR department, it is dysfunctional, and mismanaged. This was a highly toxic work environment and I would advise strongly to not take a job with this company, or move on quickly to a new position elsewhere. I worked alone with a person who projected onto me his shortcomings and lied about who I was to the rest of the company. It was very demoralizing and humiliating. Management needs to learn about ways to properly train and develop employees. This company is not an equal rights opportunity employer, and enables poor behavior. Management should consult all parties in conflicts and needs to provide a safe and comfortable work space for everyone. They need to consider hiring an HR representative, and they need to understand and develop appropriate work boundaries, and abide by anti-harassment laws."
