"For road warriors."
What do you like about working at PwC?
"I liked the reputation."
What don't you like about working at PwC?
"There was no chance to move up unless you know the partner at a personal level. For example, if he asks you for dinner while traveling out of town, you had better accept. Otherwise, your chance of being promoted is zero. (But this is in the IT consulting department, not in audit, that generally hires people with high integrity by nature.)"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They should know how the so-called experienced staff can easily abuse their power to make the truly capable staff impossible to be known. It's too easy for those who are good at show to hold on to their jobs by using others' talents. It's basically how you present yourselves, not what you are truly capable of."
