"I have been working for PWC for over 6 months now and it's a very nice place to work at. The job perks are really great and they offer tremendous support for learning irrespective of being a full timer or a contractor. I highly recommend this for anybody who is looking for a position in software development."

"I've worked for PwC for 8 years in the Financial Services group in McLean, VA (Washington Metro) market. It's afforded me the chance to work with some incredibly smart and diverse people. In the first half of my career here, I've experienced second-to-none training on tax, technical, coaching & leading others and what it means to provide excellent client service. I feel that atmosphere has since noticeably faded and has been replaced by an aggressive focus on efficiency, automation (which, being a tech-geek I do appreciate) and metrics to the detriment of professional development of our staff. New hires are coming in with none of the training that lowered my learning curve before getting on the client teams. A large chunk of their work is now pushed to service centers with the expectations that new hires become 1st reviewers. But due to lack of training, they don't really know what they're looking at/where to start. Hiring has slowed since a lot of the work is pushed through to automations and outside centers, so seniors and up lack the manpower/support to allot their time to train new team members. This leads to a circle of burn-out and turn-over, leaving the next class to repeat. It no longer feels like a "people"-centric organization. My experience has been both great and lamentable, but I've grown because of it and will take what I've learned and look to a new environment that sees its people as "people" again."

"Great opportunities, but the corporate culture catches up to you eventually. Not everyone is interested in missing out on life with family for half of the year. Take the experience for what it's worth for as long as it works for you."

"I worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers between 2016 and 2018. PwC protects ethical and business standards at the high level. I was very luck for being a member of PwC because I had a chance to work with more than 30 clients during the two year. This different clients from various sectors developed my management and IT skills."
