"I was selected as part of initial, 6-person support team to develop and scale the support organization from a small startup to large, publicly traded company. Provided enterprise-level support for Pure Storage Flash Arrays, and all SAN challenges entailed within, troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. Championed customer issues to resolution, often working with engineering resources to resolve problems, and communicated root cause analysis and resolution details to customers and sales engineers.
