"Mostly the change you saw in the job every day. One day was never like the day before. You need to like a very fast paced work envirnoment. I also liked the people I worked with."

"Again communication to the management staff needed to be clear and the same information needed to be passed down by both people. At times it wasn't the same."

"a lot of stress my work was not as recognized as I would've liked it to be."

"contract bidding is very important to grab the contracts from the clients at the best possible price"

What do you like about working at Safeguards Technology?

"Safeguards Technology is a very unordinary place to work. Every day is very different from the previous day due to the unusual nature of the business (high tech security solutions for prisons, nuclear stations, airports etc). Working at Safeguards Technology required me to multI task and manage purchasing department, warehouse, small projects and budgets. All this due to layoffs which required all employees to take more responsibilities."

"If you are very organized, a quick thinker, love hard work , a team player and creative- Safeguards would have been the perfect place for you."

What don't you like about working at Safeguards Technology?

"unfortunately, Safeguards hasn't had to much success lately in bringing in new projects and therefore I believe the company will have to shut down in the near future. This is the only thing I can say i'm not happy about regarding my work at Safeguards Technology."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This is a question I have been asking myself for a while, It seems there is not much that can be done, Perimeter Security Upgrade is a very complicated industry and todays economy and competition makes it very difficult to bring in new projects."

"When I first joined, there was high learning curve, manager that mentored, and cooperative team."

"Retain and embrace internal expertise, provide open communications and avoid contradicting actions with verbal promises."

"I don't like continuously re-working fixture plans, and orders. Projects are not communicated to the team in a timely matter."

"Just be honest with your answers to ensure you will be able to handle the job they are asking you do to."

What don't you like about working at Alacer?

"I really don't have bad things to say about Alacer. I was there when it as making 11 million and at 60 million. Sometimes you have to do things you don't totally enjoy to get to the mark. But that is part of business and it has to be done."
