"Going through the process of closing the business location was a good valued learning experience."

What do you like about working at Smiths Group?

"When Smiths Group bought Hi-Tech Hose and formed Hi-Tech Duravent and let upper management go our Middle Manager Group took over and ran the company from 2005 to 2010. We ran very lean and we also got this division certified for ISO 14001."

What don't you like about working at Smiths Group?

"Southern Corrporate Management not good as leaders seamed like the set us up to fail so they could move good products down to there facility for future success."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Always be in training mode and never assume employees are complete in training. Always offer training. Refreshing one bad habit can cost the company lots of money."

What do you like about working at Mastercraft Homes Group?

"Primarily Dan Thompson and the latitude he gave me to run with the program. Improving the building process by introducing software, as well as recruiting talent was key to that success."

What do you like about working at Marina Medical Instruments?

"It is close to where I live."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The pay is low and raises are almost unheard of. High stress, be ready to take the heat. What ever your are promised, GET IT IN WRITING!"

What don't you like about working at Marina Medical Instruments?

"The stress & riducule. There is never anything nice to be said. The job is never good enough or done fast enough. Our software system is horrible, We are on credit hold quite often which delay shipments. Constantly changing vendors and then complain about quality and consistancy"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"We need a more grounded environment. Management is always traveling . Doesn't lnow how to use our software, doesn't understand how the system does/deosn't work. Walk a mile in my shoes using the tools you have given me to get the job done"

"The people were intelligent andworked together as a team."

"I do not care to much for the commute."

"Take good care of support and admin staff.."
