"I was hired to help get the company back on track along with 6 other managers. We had a great team assembled to reach the goals at hand, everyone moved in sync to accomplish the task given, we also celebrated together."

"They made some bad decisions moving personal out of the team causing a break down in the team. For 9 months we completed all the task given to bring the company to a very lucrative profitability. every manager including the President are no longer there."
