"Purafil is a great place to work in general. The people are friendly and welcoming. Purafil is on a journey to improve their company culture so there are a lot of new faces joining the company. Purafil is struggling to bring the business into the current century through technology. Currently, Purafil is lacking a WMS system and is struggling to implement an effective ERP strategy. The company is also immature in regards to it's lean journey, processes, and safety training."
