3.8I've worked for Puma for almost 3 years. While I feel my compensation was quite fair when I started, I do feel my effort and ability to produce results above par have been overlooked review after review. I do find that the company's moral and ethical standards are of the moment and progressive, but there needs to be more attention to work life balance to achieve an optimum workplace environment. There is definitely room for improvement amongst lateral systems in the workplace.
They need to stop thinking it is the old days and its all family, and give some new people with new ideas a chance instead of tying them down until they burst and either quit or get laid off or fired.
