Working at Publicis Selling Solutions in Tarzana, CA: 1 Employee Reviews

Publicis Selling Solutions Employee

"Great training, experience, and almost same responsibilities"

What do you like about working at Publicis Selling Solutions ?

"A great opportunity to get into Pharmaceutical sales. Training was done by the actual client. Benefits were great."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be positive, enthusiastic, and work hard with focus. Complete reports when due. Know that there may not be job promotion opportunities, as it is a contract company."

What don't you like about working at Publicis Selling Solutions ?

"This is a contract job, which just go 1-2 years (this may be perfect for some). It is a good way to get experience, or in a slow job market. After the contract ended, some Pharma recruiters said they don't give contractors the same respect - for some reason. (not sure why- in IT contractors are paid very well and in demand)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To have the best, experienced, competent, and confident managers that can provide information and help the sales associates to do a job better. To not talk down to the SA-but privde suggestions in a positive way (as many of the SA's have alot of work/sales experience, common sense, and have made more money, and went to college). To communicate any changes going on."
